Important Information
Finished files are kept for 14 days — music, videos and images alike. A track can stay for good: save it and it takes a library slot. 3 slots are free, then 12 ₽ per slot.

How to top up balance?
You can top up on the site in two ways: YooKassa (SBP) and YooMoney (cards, wallet). In the Android app payment goes through SBP:
- Open "Profile" and find the "Top up balance" section
- Choose a payment method and an amount (from {min} ₽)
- Pay in your bank app via SBP or with a card
- The money arrives on your balance automatically
There are no subscriptions or auto-charges: you top up with any amount and pay only when you run something. If the payment went through but your balance did not change, contact support with the payment number.
Is it possible to get a refund?
Money is returned in these cases:
- A generation failed for our or a technical reason: the money returns to your balance automatically, you need to do nothing
- The request was rejected by the check (for example it contained someone else's lyrics or an artist name): nothing is charged for such an attempt either
- A payment went wrong: contact support and we will sort it out
To get money for a top-up back to your card, contact support with the payment number and the reason.
